Highly recommend Straight Solutions for any roofing work in the Austin area. I worked with Brian and his team to completely replace our existing roof with a metal solution (which looks fantastic!). The work was done quickly and ahead of schedule, and the crew was super professional and left a very clean worksite. I would absolutely work with straight solutions again in the future.

I had to replace my roof AGAIN because of a kerfuffle with my insurance company. Initially Brian didn't want to do the job because he felt it wasn't actually needed; he was totally transparent and tried to help us with the insurance company. At the end of the day, we came to an impasse with insurance and he graciously agreed to replace the roof, for a very reasonable cost, so everyone could move on with our lives. He and his brother were kind, empathetic, and ethical throughout the whole process. They even made an effort to squeeze me on on short notice because we are selling our house and had an extremely tight timeline. These guys are amazing, and I would absolutely be a customer for life if I wasn't moving out of state. Truly, you could not find a better local roofer in the entire state of Texas. A++ work and phenomenal communication.
